Can our faction be in two civil wars at the same time in the same system?

With factions being able to be in multiple states at once now, I was wondering if this is also possible?

No.
You can't be in the same state twice in the same system.
You can be in the same state in different systems, and multiple different states in the same system.

You also can't be in an election and a war at the same time in the same system.

(Or it shouldn't be possible, anyway ... who knows what obscure combination of circumstances might expose a bug.)
