Can someone explain these calculations?

3958 can't be turned into 1702 with any combination of the numbers we're being shown for Hudson, how/why does he have so much more CC than he's actually earned?

Edit: As it stands at the time of this post, every single power has more CC than they should do..

No one can, not even FD (if you can FD, then please do, otherwise I stand by what I say) which is why its really suprising that they are making us carry on with this whole façade even though there are bugs, miscalculations, plain wrong information and more all over the place.
These past few weeks have clearly been beta testing a supposedly complete system, and honestly, I can see this being the case for at least another 3-4 weeks before all the bugs are ironed out, we have ALL of the CORRECT info and FD know exactly how it all works.
Im staying away from PP now, complete waste of time when the devs cant even tell us how it works, what a shambles.

Its probably because 3958 is the profit from all the controlled and exploited systems.

well done yes, that is exactly what income means, and not the problem. tell me how to arrive at 1702 available merits using the numbers in the above picture..... :-D

Yea I think a lot of us CMRs are staying away from it because we just are not sure what's going on and what we loose and what we may carry over to the next week. I am simply staying away like ''RingoD123'' because the benefits do not outweigh the troubles with pledging for me at least.
Most CMRs seem to be choosing a side for weapons or just to make money rather than maybe expanding or defending their power-base, I certainly didn't join 2 factions to help, just make myself some money, I then found out I was better off with no faction ties and after smuggling getting the second commodity nerf I left Archon and am much happier without any faction troubles now.
