Can Someone Help me.

So my name is Daniel, i am a trader, i had an ASP for some time and ive decided to move to a type 7 when i hit 19 mil~ the problem is that i was interdicted and destoryed, and had to pay 900k insurance fee, and now im stuck with a type 7 and only 2300 credits :(. What should i do should i sell the type 7 and move to the ASP and grind again till i have about 25 mil credits to be sure this wont happen again or stick with it :(?

Yes take the hit flog it, get maybe like a t6 inbetween and trade until you can make the next jump comfortably.... Allowing for a few mishaps ;)

Can you sell any internal modules, afford a hauler or adder, run a few bulletin board missions and make back your insurance money and cargo credits? If not, then sell it, eat the 10% loss and build up again, poorer, but wiser.

Losing 1.7 Mill in part exchange will hurt a lot less than trying to fly without insurance and losing 17M :(

What kind of profit were you making trading? Were you rares running, or space trucking?

Flying without insurance.... bad idea. You could sell all the modules from the T7 and buy a cheaper ship to run until you can afford to upgrade the T7 into a workable ship and cover insurance.

When you want to risk it and play PVP, play open. When space trucking for profit, play solo or in a group. There is still risk from AI pirates, but no risk from player killers.

To be fair, the OP could have been in solo and been interdicted by a psycho npc... I was flying a hauler between big ships in Open last night and was interdicted by a psycho npc Viper... luckily I won the interdiction game, as I doubt his opening gambit of "Now you are mine" was a polite way of starting a piracy attempt on an empty hauler!

Downgrade every time, you'll have a smaller but far better equipped ship, but more confidence in the game.
I've been forced to do this on a number of occasions. First rule of ED(open) - If you can't afford to lose it, don't fly it!

The only real alternative is to park up the T7 and grind credits in a smaller (second) ship. This avoids the 10% loss on selling the T7 hull but will, I fear, take you longer to recover.

Sell and get temp T6.
It has about same cargo capacity as asp while being cheaper so you'll lose less when you're ready to roll back to T7.

I wouldn't grind at all trading.

Search yourself a nice high tech or industrial high population system (which has one or preferably more RES sites) and outfit yourself a cheap but capable in-system fighter like this:

That is just under 800 000 with a very affordably rebuy in case things go south. In a good RES site with help from the cops you can easily make 1 million an hour in a fun way.

Use the lasers to get the shields down and add the guns to the mix when shields are down. Target power plants after shields are down and with cop help you can easyly pop Anacondas. Just make sure that when you use guns and lasers that one or the other is gimballed, since you have to lead with guns and can't point straight at the target.

Edit: Turn off fuel scoop, cargo hatch and FSD when deploying weapons.

If you come across some high value salvage, that is what the cargo space is for. Make sure the system you choose has a black market and practice sneaking in undetected if you bother to pick up salvage.

Bulliten board missions to recover items from WSS/USS are free to do and will net you 12-15K on average each. Several of those will give you a working balance to begin trading again.

Don't risk your T-7. Sell off some components and buy a Sidey or Eagle to do the recoveries. When you have cash again, take out the T-7 with proper insurance.

I would trade rares until you get enough to trade w/e you want. You should be able to quickly recoup your loss with minimal money needed. Maybe you could sell off a module or cargo rack to get a few extra ten thousand, and then you could get enough rares to easily make a few million a night in and get back to where you need to be.

I would go for the T6 for a while if trading is your thing. Sounds like you've got the trade routes all worked out. Won't take you long to get back in the T7...
