And FD said they`d be here at launch. So... when are they coming? And why were they not present at launch?

Which ones do you mean? They said 15 ships at start and thats exacly what se got. I just hoped for fer-de-lance, but at least i have something to be looking for
They just couldn't get them done. They decided to launch without them but they're going to add more ships than originally planned as compensation.
As I recall, it was supposed to launch with 25, with 5 more being added afterwards.
