The dinosaurs in the pack/herd should eat, drink, sleep and run when they do. If they are agitated then only when the pack leader starts attacking fences the other members of the pack should do the same.
If the herd gets separated then the herd leader should do a call to try to find the rest of the herd.
Small things like this would really help the game.
