Ships Can the Type 9 get some love (ship kits), please?

Hello Fellow Commanders and Frontier,

I just bought myself a Lakon Type 9 yesterday. Not that I'm planning on doing any heavy trading or anything, I just had some free cash to spend and I wanted to fly around in a big, hulking ship. It's handling and speed aside (both awful), I really like the look of it. However, the rear end is a little plain. What would fix it? A ship kit!

Can we get a ship kit for the Type 9, please?

Where to start here? Perhaps your not a T9 guy. If you just don't feel it... :)

On a more serious note I think the T9 is one of the better looking ships in the game. Perhaps an oddity on my part. Bought all the T9 Skin Packs but can't imagine getting a Ship Kit.
Handling is just fine after a few moments of getting the feel for it.
Speed in indeed not a forte of this big, beautiful beast but since you spend 90% of your time in SC I have no issues.
Rather see the T9 make sense as a 1000t, designated and designed, cargo ship.
Oh, if you can't tell I am a T9 slappy.

Well, for the "free cash" bit, I suppose I should expand on that: I had been working awfully hard to earn enough money for a Beluga Liner. I spend most of my time doing Passenger Missions as a way of making money and it took a good few weeks of play before I got it. However, once bought, I didn't love it. Really, all I wanted was a big ship to float around in and I though the Beluga was going to be right choice. But then I remembered the Type 9 and how I always liked the look of it, so I sold my Beluga and bought the Type 9. There really weren't any other ships I'd want to buy.

As for the Ship Kit, well, I just like slapping wings on stuff, I guess. C'mon Duke, admit it: the rear end is awfully boring, right?!

Handling wise, I suppose you're right. it handles OK, and it just wouldn't seem right for such a big ship to turn on a dime. Speed wise, though: it really is slow. For having such big thrusters, you'd think it'd be able to pick up more speed. Slow acceleration, sure, but more speed would be nice.

I just don't understand why these skins aren't out yet. Cobra, sidewinder, eagles, and the big 3 always getting skin updates. Type 9 nothing. I would love the raider kit for RP reasons!

Gak. Guess I will be the lone voice saying I dislike all the Raider stuff on any ship.
Bit of a spaceship traditionalist I suppose. And they're ugly in my eyes. But blaze your own trail.
Anyway only about 15 million away from a fully kitted out T9 in my latest alt career restart. Already got the skins bought ready to go.

not a fan myself of the raider kit, wouldn't mind to see a kit to turn it all nestromo like

Mainly want the rust paint, but I also like a few of the raider pieces like the cage the asp has on its canopy.

Not really a pirate much less a raider. But I got to admit the raiders in firefly/serenity were pretty crazy cool.

I would really love to customize the look of my T-9. But I hope, that kit wouldn't be like other ship kits, with spoilers and wings. Instead there should be industrial looking structures, like antennas, beam structures, custom plating, machinery casings etc...

Badly overhanging loads, broken mudflaps, dangling exhaust etc.
