Yes, but realistically you should boost the graphics card. This will run it but it is realistically as good as a laptop GPU. If you are going to push the boat out on anything make it the GPU.
Go for at least a 270x or a 760 or higher nvidia card. Look at second hand if you have to otherwise you will regret that purchase.

To give you a comparison, I'm running the game on a 1280mb GTX470 from 2010 without any problems, so I really don't see how a 2014 GPU could have any problems whatsoever. Even your budget build trumps my geriatric one ;)

I initially ran the game on an Nvidia Geforce GT 720 1GB card. No, not a typo....not GTX, just a GT! A very bottom end card with a fan the size of a quarter. LOL

The game ran fine but resolution was around 720p not full 1080 HD.

Now I run on a GTX 750 Ti 2GB card. In the end your build will run the game tho.

I started playing the game with a GeForce 9800 GT 512MB... I had to set the game to run on window mode at low resolution (i could even keep other programs around the game window) and everything set to low or off. It was good enough for the tutorials, though. That was around the beginning of Gamma (a month before the official release).

Of course, a couple of weeks later I've got my current GTX 760... that was a massive upgrade! LOL

Actually, I just double-checked and noticed that I wwas using the r7 m265 benchmark, which will just about play the game at 720p.

The card linked will do just fine - it's on a par with a 750ti.
