Can we do Chinese translation ourselves?

Hi, this is a player from China. I'm wondering if you are too busy to translate the game into Chinese. For now , there's thousands of people have interest in the game but cannot figure out words , which are making them dropping out . You can see how much we love this game through comments of videos and forums. If there's a Chinese version, I believe the number of Chinese player will be at least doubled. So, would you like to give the original texts to us and you can simply make a "Chinese version file" like the other languages using our translation? We re qualify for it as we've done a translation for the game before, which is disabled because the game update.

這提案我很有興趣，也支持中文化。

但義大利已有200人聯署及熱烈討論沒譯化，印度及中國的人口數量並不列在譯化的重點，俄羅斯有譯化這表示遊戲譯化和國際政治也沒關係。

有國家有沒有譯化的可能性有3種：
1.翻譯數量及成本太高。
2.翻譯文檔夾雜病毒，駭客入侵ED遊戲。
2.因為遊戲劇情都包在字庫，為避免劇透所以遊戲環境操守不佳的國家被拒絕譯化。

我覺得比較有可能是第(2)和(3)的可能性較大，因為V社的G胖(STEAM)製作HL2被駭客劇透，為了防止劇透最好的方法就是不製作HL3，ED多少也有這樣的心態，沒有被譯化的國家多少都會感到被歧視，因為HL2被劇透的經典例子就是被德國人搞得，而ED恰巧的就是有德國譯化，我沒有要冒犯誰，這都是我的猜測，畢竟只有歐美比其他國家對網路駭客及遊戲外掛十分重視。

另外或許你們做簡中翻譯的時候也能替繁中使用者著想，順便翻譯一下。
