It seems that the Type-9 could use a little adjustment that keeps it competitive with the other large ship's cargo capacity; the Cutter is a super-heavy (according to some sizing), but seems odd that it has the largest trade capacity. Unless there is an even bigger trade ship that we might see in the future.
