So we can have more manipulation of the object. Using walls as roof if only we can rotate it on the z axis. It will really help when trying to built things at different angles. Thanks

And the more it's suggested the better chance of it happening.
...and the more you drown out other ideas/suggestions. The devs most likely saw this suggestion the first time.
Instead of many comments of the same thing, we should have had a +1 system on the forums to show them which suggestions we really want in the game.
So what? Dalenotchip is right, this forum is for people to not only suggest new ideas but for the the devs to get a measure of how popular they are. Youre not seriously suggesting that because soemthing is posted onecs, the devs will include it are you? Something that is repeated over and over by many different people will demonstrate to them that the idea is popular, even if they didn't think so themselves initially.
This isnt the kind of forum where a problem is being solved and the OP can look up the answer in the search box, this is for suggesting ideas and the more there are of a certain one, the more chance it will be implemented.
I personally also think its a great idea, being able to have full rotational control of objects would make building options virtually limitless.

the point here is not about if the idea is great or not.
since it has been already suggested you can give the old post your view on it, there is no need to create countless threads for the same theme, thus spamming and polluting the forum.
It's just personal opinion what would be more effective. a new post where developers would say look it was just brought up again it must be important, or look that post from last month just got its 80th reply.

because flooding the forums won't make it become more populair, if only you guys read the already suggested topic, its in there. devs know people want this. no need for countless useless topics on the same subject while there's other great idea's out there that get flooded out because of useless topics like this!

I think youre being to harsh here guys. Like I said, on any other normal forum, its all to often spouted by regulars "god, learn how to use SEARCH u NOOB!!!" and I have been guilty of this myself. Yes, in those cased, if a solution to a problem has been posted numerous times, then it is a PITA to see the same question asked again and again.
But this is NOT LIKE THAT.
This forum is for ideas, brainstorming and general thoughts to be thrown around to hopefully, help make the finished product better. It's only natural that similar or identical ideas have been said already, SO WHAT? If the devs see the same thing being asked for over and over, then its more likely they will take notice rather than a thread with 156 posts in it.
I'm sorry you see someone putting ideas as 'spam' but you could at least be POLITE to the guy instead of making him feel like a jerk for simply putting an idea over, get over yourselves, non of you are to my knowledge forum mods here so get a grip.

Well respectfully, I figure there is nothing wrong with suggesting an idea, as long as it's not already suggested on the first page of suggestions or linked too in the Sticky compilation of proposed suggestions and ideas at the top of the first page. The only exception I would make is if the idea thread was locked and you feel that you have something new to add to the discussion.

Also, in coaster build mode (obviously its still being worked out), the build axis would be easier to use if they were not all the same color. At times it can be confusing so to whether you are turning the coaster, changing the height, or making it bend left or right.
The search does not always bring up the desired result. I tried searching for "rocks" to see if there were any threads suggesting or requesting more types of rocks in the scenery and I got back a whole page of anything but what I was looking for.
