Can we get some Fleet Carrier upgrades?

Fleet carriers are EXPENSIVE.

Can they get some love so they can ACTUALLY BE USED!? I spent hard earned credits on mine!

Some of us can only play for a couple hours a day, if that.

Would surely be nice if I could move my carrier ANYTIME SOON.
