What do you all think if we can have the option to buy one outpost with real money with the limit of one per account? As in like the prepaid ships option?
And how do you all want it to work? This is to help new and solo players.

No.

It’s just not needed. I’m currently a casual player. I finished my outpost in around 20 hours of gameplay with a day to spare on the 4 week timer.

If you don’t have 20 hours over 4 weeks, then you really don’t have the time to enjoy Colonisation. There’s plenty of other things to do in the game until you have the time.

Edit: corrected time, as I’m pretty sure it was 20 hours not 10.

I think it is a terrible idea.
I am not that keen on the prebuilt ships except for the early access, but ships are a basic part of the game. Colonisation is not.

Solo is only a significant issue for the Primary Port if you are overambitious enough to go for one of the larger options, after the Primary Port has been completed within the 4 week limit time is not a factor. So while it would help it isn’t needed.

I don’t see colonisation as a starter activity but as something to aim for as a goal, removing goals from the game by allowing players to pay cash to skip seems pointless.

Aren’t outposts only like 21k tons of goods? 33 loops in a Cutter fit for surviving a blockade, or less if you fly with more risk.

That’s not a lot of work tbh.

Absolutely not!

When arx ships came in many people hoped it's not the beginning of a very slippery slope. This would be another step in that direction.

There is a certain other space game, which fell down that slope all the way to the bottom(less pit). Let's not flush Elite down the toilet too.
