if the target display could be toggled between combat and navigation targets (automatically in the event of selecting a new target of either type) it would be an improvement, in my opinion.

I opened a thread for this in the beta and very much agree. The good thing is, you can do this already by using the 'next target' button. However the 'target front' seems to unlock your destination.
