Can we please have an option to flip/mirror decals?

Pay for the privilege on a ship-by-ship basis, sure, I reckon FD could make that work. Otherwise you're SOL.

.. and please allow changing of colours/patterns .. with all the different ship skins, many/most decals hardly show for me. :(

Founders decal comes ready flipped! : -)

seriously though, there was a discussion of sorts about this way back, if i remember correctly, the restriction was the way the assets are handled and didn't allow for flipping due to technical reasons, that's why they made two versions of the founder's decal, one "read right" and the other "read wrong", so that the text FOUNDER would be legible no matter where you put it! doesn't help i know, maybe one day they'll change it!

Yeah, even if they did it the same way and just added a mirrored version of every asymmetrical decal that would be fine.
