`The poll was taken, the results are in and surprise, surprise the people who lost are not happy...
For me, this is just a proof that the core of the player base want Elite to remain as a "space sim" which is what we all bought into, rather than a simple "pew fest".
However the point I am trying to make is that IT IS OVER.
Now can we please move on and get back to discussing aspects of the game, or bashing the devs for not fixing some bug that's been making your life hell since 1.2, or even posting cat videos... Just please stop whining.

- No there is not going to be another vote because the result wasn't what you wanted.
- No, no-one is going to rethink just because you've opened yet another forum thread suggesting ridiculous additional delays that should be added for "immersion" (tea breaks for loading staff, toilet breaks in a dog fight or any of the other plethora of ludicrous things that have been appearing).
