Can you buy a exploration suit on a fleet carrier?

Can I buy an exploration suit on a fleet carrier? I visted one and I could not find a pioneer supply store.
(I switched to Odyssey in deep space)

Only if they've installed the Pioneer Supply service. But as far as I know there's no way to check if they have. Maybe Inara has a way, I don't know.

Stock is automatic, no need to store suites or weapns, if Pioneer is installed in a fleet carrier.
All suites and all weapons will be always availible in Fleet Carriers Pioneer store, all of them grade 1 only, and no pre-installed mods.
FC owner can add an extra charge, from 1% to 100% extra, for the buyer.
