Or fuel scoopBetter still, jump your carrier several times as far as you can, so that the unwelcome guest has to fly all the way back, hopefully using a ship with no jump range.
Do they actually get ousted straight away, or can they just not land again if they leave? If you set your carrier permissions to restrict who has access - then those who don't have permission to use your carrier will automatically be ousted and forced to transfer their ships elsewhere.
The latter.Do they actually get ousted straight away, or can they just not land again if they leave?
When it happened to me, I was ousted when I logged on.Do they actually get ousted straight away, or can they just not land again if they leave?
So I can enter a flight carrier. Stay on board until it has reached Beagle point?Better still, jump your carrier several times as far as you can, so that the unwelcome guest has to fly all the way back, hopefully using a ship with no jump range.

Nobody would see those achievements, from folks like me anyway as im always in solo.Well that takes a bit the effort out the achievement. Which makes me wonder why oh why hasn’t Frontier introduced achievements as a marker that you can show to other players. Or achievements could be used as a condition before you can do a certain type of mission.

Did you not hear about the noobs that were conned into being taken on a carrier trip to make their fortune, then used as slaves to go mining because their ships didn't have the jump range to leave the system. I thought that it was really funny and creative game-play that could have been developed with a call for rescuers, but the devs took a very dim view of it and the slavers got into trouble.Do they actually get ousted straight away, or can they just not land again if they leave?
I think a system with achievements for players and squadrons would with certain rewards would add to the fun of the game. You can imagine an achievement like “completing a massacre mission with over 70 kills within 3 hours” or “mining over 1000 units within 2 hours” or “jumping to Jaques station within 3 hours”.1.a. Elite has six career paths with "ranks" awarded. Every player you see in your target box displays their combat rank. You can display your status in three of the career paths by means of decals on your ships, SRVs and outfits.
b. Places (third-party sites) have all sorts of badges you can earn - EDSM for example (see below). Many people incorporate badges / medal ribbons / etc in their forum sig.
2. "In ye olden days" missions carried rank requirements for you to be eligible to undertake them. That was scrapped so that nowadays anyone pennyless can take a tycoon mission or a harmless player can undertake a deadly mission (you are warned about the mission scale if it is higher than your status but you can still undertake it). Of course some missions require you to have a certain reputation before it becomes available to you.
I don't know why you would want anything else or maybe I just don't understand what you are after. Is it some sort of Steam award / badge you are looking for, or what?

Beagle Point is easy, as you can just fly back as long as you have a scoop. Go to one of the border systems (like Rackham's Peak, but with less traffic) that can only be reached (or at least jumped out of) by carrier.yes you get to beagles point if its going there, then the cmdr will go on a 3 month holiday, lol, not a clever idea
