You can farm meta alloys from barnacles.
For all the stuff you listed, you will want a detailed surface scanner. Find a planet with those elements and drive. Be sure to learn the wave scanner.

Barnacles will give the same minerals as the planet they live on.
Check your detail scan.
Edit: You get about 20 regular materials, in adition to Meta-Alloys from each barnacle. A double barnacle gives twice that of course.
Distribution follows the regular 3:2:1 rule.
It's a very efficient way of getting materials.
