Thats a tough and very green one, I am going to guess Ouranosaurus with wetland skin, even though that is most likely wrong.

I want to say that it is the triceratops, from the 1993 RTJP DLC. My guess is because there are so few dinosaurs this green.

Isn't that unfair if it isn't even a Dinosaur?

The name of the feature is "Know Your Dino", and it would sort of give away the answer if we called it "Know Your Pterosaur", since it's the only one of that kind in the game.
