Can you only get the Orange Skin if you separately buy the Deluxe Edition?

I'm asking because I bought the Premium Pack which included everything but the Carnivore Pack and Claire's Sanctuary(Because I bought it on April 22). It did'nt have the orange skin.

They are only for the PC. Each platform got it's own unique vehicle skins/colors. PS4 got blue, Xbox green and the PC got orange. In order to get the orange skin you need to be playing on the PC.

You won't, I said it before that the skin was a pre-order bonus, it's not available for people who bought the game after launch.

I thought maybe you were playing on a console and wanted the orange skin. I preordered and I have it. I actually don't use it and just stick to the default skins. I think the Xbox and PS4 got the better looking colors, especially the blue.

They should give everyone those skins. This is enlightening. For the longest i thought the orangish yellow skin was the game's default and buy purchasing the green skin it deleted my access to the organish yellow skin lol.
