Thanks a lot everyone. I really do want to play the game with the best graphics, so... I think a new laptop is on the wishlist. I have a hard time finding one, that works for me, as I am not a very tech knowing person![]()
Interesting - my laptop doesn’t get that hot, unlike when I play The Sims 4
I play it on a really low-quality laptop (not old or anything, just more of general use laptop than a gaming one), graphics were bad (pretty good now that I have GeForce Now) and it runs fairly smooth. So I am certain you'll be able to run it and have it be playable, it just won't necessarily be as good as on other PCs.So I have been looking at laptops to play the game because I will be moving and unable to take a shared PC with me. I have looked at some pavilion hps, but cannot find the 10th Gen Intel Core i7-10750H in any connection with planet zoo, the specs say it is more powerful than the recommended Intel i7-4770k, but I don't see if it actually can run planet zoo.
Is the computer still currently working for you?Yeah, absolutely. Beta ran like a dream on mine, and PlanCo and Jurassic World are wonderful on ultra settings.
My laptop:
HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop
Model: 15-cx0154TX
Intel Core i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz
8gb RAM (7.89GB usable)
64-bit
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050
Intel UHD Graphics 630
I'll see how it goes when I have the biggest map, full of animals and people and a billion trees - I might have to upgrade to 16gb RAM. The only concern at the moment is that it gets crazy hot!!
This is a 3 year old thread but specs like that are fineIs the computer still currently working for you?
