Can you please remove those three structures hovering around the construction sites in space

There are three structures howering around the orbital construction sites. It seems like those three are there for one purpose, to mess with the autodock. If I use autodock computer when outside those, there is a 80 % chance that my ship will collide and get stuck in those. More than once my T9 ship kit has hooked on to those. They might look cool, but a construction site is not supposed to look cool. It is supposed to be clean and safe, and without dangerous obstacles.

I kind of agree mostly. I would simply move landing pads to be parallel to orbital construction station axis, placed on ring around station. That would solve hitting various station parts while using autodocking computer.

I know you paid for it.. But I did not have problem with either cutter or T9. And no shipkit on the T9
I have my cutter hitting various station extensions so often that I'm using manual approach all the time. That's one of the reasons I'm also flying with prismatic shield generator which work greatly as a bumper. There is another issue with landing pads being cramped so close to each other that getting pad loitering warning or even fine right from the start has high change to happen.

Autodock has always had a few bits of jank in the system. It's fine now for the majority of things, but the construction sites are new structures. They'll get sorted, but it's going to take a bit of time to 'learn' the new layout.

For something that was originally released in the base game I still remember sitting in stations in 2021 watching large NPC ships regularly getting blown up in the toast rack. It's taken a while just to get to this stage.

I worked in London's skyscraper district for four years. I did not work in construction but I still saw a near miss of some sort on one of the construction sites or another every day and quite often twice or more, and a big ol' number of these were trucks backing into the site from a busy public street.

Where do you all live? In a different simulation to me or something?

If I understand this correctly You were witness to 1-2 close call situations per day in RL on construction site. What I know is that ppl tend to remove things that increase risk of collision or in longer term one of those near misses might turn into accident. While in game it is not that big problem since it interferes only with docking computer it would be nice to have landing pads positioned in a way that minimizes collision risk when using autodocking. Anyway this is minor issue we might think of it as construction environmental hazard.

I found this to be an issue too. I now manually manoeuvre my ship over the pad before engaging auto dock, which solves the problem for me.

Both auto dock and auto launch seem to have issues with my engineered ships, to the point where I now manually exit any Coriolis station.

Flying to the landing pads adds a bit of fun. You'd think all the people complaining about being bored would welcome a bit of a challenge :sneaky:
