Powerplay Can you sell Grom counterintelligence

Hey guys, I've got a question. I'm currently pledged to Zachary Hudson and was out hunting EGP agents. I noticed that when I kill them, they drop Grom counterintelligence. Can I scoop that up and sell it or is it for Yuri's people only?

Enemy Imperial/Independent PowerPlay cargo is useless for you as a Federal pilot. It can't be sold, just ditch it and keep murdering the EGP.
