Hardware & Technical Can you split the 2 Cougar MFDs to use on separate PCs?

Hi,

I can't find info on whether they share a single USB connection, or even if the drivers will demand to see both MFDs in order to work correctly?

Any advice or experience greatly appreciated.

I am considering getting a pair to split between myself and the good lady boss :)

Yes you can. I bought a pair a while back. My wife CMDR Flossy uses one and I have the other. They are two totally separate devices. One problem with them is you might need to unplug them from USB when not in use. Otherwise they flash on and off as the USB port gets polled. There is a bit of a work around here. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=126208

Brilliant, thanks for the reply :) I am dipping my toe into VA currently. One of these next to the HOTAS might make up for my seemingly unintelligible accent!

I never got away with VA. I also felt self conscious about shouting at the computer with a headset on while others are watching TV.
