Can you turn of the alarm in all settlements?

Can you turn off the alarm in all settlements or only certain ones? I went to the pwr station at a tourist and couldnt find a switch for it and there are no adm building only habitats. Turned off the power which was a BIG mistake, got swarmed shortly afterward. Any ideas, I want to be covert because I have all the skills and elegance of a spastic colon.

Yes.
You can and should aim to disable em 1st n foremost.
Then the loots all yours.
Silenced inside n out shotgun helps.
Alarms 1st then,... loot undetected preferred, then pull the PP core and away u go.
Use srv to unload 300m out of Los.

Just find this button in any settlement and it will turn them all off, all at once.

I have run into one that apparently didn't have an alarm console. It was not in the facilities list, and I was unable to locate it manually. I chalked it up to a bug. It's never happened again and I've done a lot of missions.

If the power is on in a settlement, check the terminal. Access each building and room and look for the panel.
Sometimes the panel is in the PWR building.
Sometimes in the IND/PRO/STO
Where present, within the SEC/CMD building. Security often has a specific room where it is always to be found.
Sometimes the panel is in a HAB. For example, some buildings have a corridor connecting PWR and HAB. The panel is in the HAB. Sometimes in a tourist site, the panel is in one of the HAB top floor rooms.
