Can zookeeper vacuum poo in water now?

Uhm yeah, pretty much what the titles says...
I used to have climbing stuff above water which the animals used and obviously they'll drop of stuff into the water. But it didn't seem to be cleaned by the zookeeper and my habitat became dirty. So I stopped having anything above water, but after some time I wonder if they have allowed the zookeepers to vacuum doo doo from water now as I got an idea for a habitat with climbing and water, but didn't want to start in case they don't. So yeah, anyone knows? XD

They wrote something like that a couple of patches back and I haven't had any issues with water purity since then, so whatever the solution was it seems to have worked.

It seems like Poop decays in Water or something like that so it can be filtered out since a Update. At least I didn't had such a Problem since then
