canadian support, and payment

so i'm VERY excited to about planet coaster, and am for sure buying it, but i have a few questions;
first, can Canadians buy planet coaster?
i don't think i need to explain this, i live in Canada, and they only have USD,EUR, and RUB

the question i have is that, would it still be okay if i buy planet coaster, even though it says USD or something else?
another question is that, if i buy planet coaster from one computer, still using the same account, can i still play it on another computer? i know this seems obvious, but i just wanna make sure!

You're OK all though your currency isn't listed. My local currency, Norwegian Krone isn't listed either. So the conversion is done upon purchase.
If in doubt, check Google. In my case I type '60 usd in nok' and I get just about what it'd really cost me.

We don't even know how they'll distribute the game yet. Too soon to answer.
