Cannot add things to a building anymore when editing

Hey team. Since last update, you removed the option to add things to a building. When clicking edit on a building, like pre-created shell buildings, I cannot browse at the bottom of the screen anymore. I know i can do it the other way around, pick a shop and add it to a building but cannot update the building

The option has not been removed, it just works differently.

Let's imagine you want to add this fence to the building behind :

Use the multi-select tool and select both the building in the back and the fence. Then press the little Icon I marked.
The fence will then be added to the building :

It seems like a big of a backwards way to do it though. Why not have both options? Freedom is key.

Hear hear, I play on the PS5 and really miss the feature. First I clicked 'edit building' and then I could just press R1/L1 to bring up scenery to add. Please bring it back in a hotfix!
