Cannot download Elite Dangerous: Odyssey

Hi,

I bought Odyssey from the Frontier store (after buying it on Steam in the past and installing it on Oculus recently). The website says I can download it but when I click Download, I get this error page:

I emailed Support and they told me to try installing it from the Launcher. But on the launcher, the Install button for Odyssey is greyed out. It says Server Status: OK.

Why oh why can I not download and play the game I've bought?

Edit: For anyone else having this problem the solution was to simply hit Enter instead of clicking on Install!

I am having this same problem from the ED store and I am completely LOST, I see my purchased product I click on download and I get that same message over and over again, I have to click on download there is no enter option and I cannot use the launcher as Oculus keeps kicking out of the launcher completely, I am about to say &^%$ it and ask for a refund, why can I not download the product I bought from Frontier and isn't Oculus supporting this upgrade to begin with????

Exact same issue here. I submitted a support ticket for the download failure and another for a refund. Logged both tickets about a day and a half ago with no response as of yet. Taking your money and giving you nothing in return is bad business. Long time Elite fan getting screwed - I expected better from Frontier.
