Ships Cannot get the radio in my transporter working!

Do I need the deluxe edition? Is there a bug? or have the developers had to remove this content because of licensing laws.

Did the Options / Audio / Streamer Mode change for some reason? Are all the other music options on? Mine is set to not streaming with lots of 'elevetor' music playing. It's designed to disable licensed music when a player wants to stream their game play on the Internet.
