Cannot invert pitch any more?

I play with an xbox controller. A few hours ago everything worked perfectly. I had my pitch axis mapped to left analog Y axis and it was inverted. But I just loaded the game now and almost died getting out of a station because my pitch wasn't inverted. After many, many times changing the 'Invert Axis' option, it just won't change. Whether it's on or off, it stays off.

Any ideas?

same problem

It did work when I started the game however after a couple of plays it reset and now I cant invert any of the y axis controls for mouse or xbox controller...I have raised a ticket if they/me manage to fix it ill post here.
