Cannot log in to Frontier to access my account

I linked my Steam account to the wrong email address and now I'm trying to log in to Frontier to unlink it aand it will NOT recognize the email address anymore.. I have submitted countless tickets and am not getting a response... . Very frustrated by lack of customer support from Frontier

submitting many tickets on the same day you joined the forum may not help as response time is 24 hrs
hope you get it sorted soon as creating and joining this game has from 2013 always been a frakking joke made far worse in april 2019 which I wont go into
almost every steam user goes through that :poop:
I luv this game always have...……. but wont recommend to anyone on that principle alone unless buying direct
and I would say despite the buggy SHEER joy it brings me its a frakking mess
in saying that the support team are great once successfully contacted via the ticket system.

FD seems to actually prefer users to purchase through steam instead of offering any special offers or uncompetitive ones direct
WHY IS THAT? (don't tell me let me guess a part of the process is actually unautomated perhaps?)

If you actually submitted a support request (not filled-in a report on the stupid "issue tracker") then you will receive an acknowledgement email at first and then a proper response from a person. If you didn't get an email then you didn't complete the request (do they have captchas?). The support staff at Frontier are top-notch, really helpful. Fill in a support request here:
