So, since I live up in Colonia and can't rely on buying a Python MKII in August (we don't even have SCO up here, so it's a two-birds scenario), I threw down for an MKII and noticed a peculiar thing: you can't replace pre-built modules with stored ones. I can't figure the logic in that, but? It would seem that in replacing the module in question with a cheap "anything" module, it will then allow you to replace it with the stored module.
Is this by design? If so, why? Because the game doesn't know how to sell it at a price of 0 cr?
[Of course, I am speaking to core modules. Optional and utility modules can be sold, then replaced.]
