Cannot run Elite Dangerous at all...

Greetings Commanders

Since a while ago, i am unable to launch ED on my Alienware (M17xr4 with windows 10). I bought ED Horizons and the Season Pass on release day on steam. The launcher starts properly but then the only thing i can do is click on "run Demo".
I allready tried everything, the frontier support site suggests including a reinstallation of the game.
Any ideas or further suggestions anyone?

asuming you registered and got your key from frontier, did you try run the game by itself yet? (without stream)

If you haven't already try a search on this site for 'Demo' - lots of people have been having issues, but I'm not sure if they ever fix them - lots more links in those threads though.

I had the same issue before. But in my case it was due to having it on both PC and PS4. Same e-mail adress.
First error I did, was to erase the save file for the PS4.. Don't erase anything!

Then after reading around here, some google research - link it and run the game from it's "own" launcher.
