Can't access starport services!! Anyone else?

Hi,

I'm at Bao Orbital, Eleu. When I click on starport services, all I am seeing is 3 options: Home (which does nothing when pressed), Contacts and Universal Cartographics!

That is it, no shipyard, no outfitting, nothing! I cannot access any of my stored ships. I've tried quitting out of the game completely, changing from solo to open etc and it is staying the same :-(

Anyone else seeing this?

BAAAD place to be sitting...you should read the news. Eleu is under quarantine for a major plague...get out while you still can!

I think this system is under quarantine. Check galnet. the stations in the quarantined systems have essentially closed all services.
