Cant Buy Any Guardian Module Or Weapon After I Unlocked Shield Reinforcement

Went out to the guardian site and maxed out the materials, and grab a couple module and weapon bp frags, after I got back to the bubble and unlocked the Shield Reinforcement at the tech broker, I couldnt find it under hull reinforcement, then realized I couldn't buy ANYTHING Guardian for my ship, weapons, modules, nothing. Went to 3 separate stations with Guardian Tech brokers, same thing. Please help.

I have had all the modules and weapons of the Guardians unlocked for a long time. But yesterday I needed to buy an FSD booster and I encountered the same problem. There is not a single device at any of the stations with the Guardian tech broker. They disappeared into a bubble.

Not only modules, some cosmetic/livery items cannot be equipped either. Something seems to have seriously broken...
