Can't claim CG reward (Horizons)

It seems a few people, including myself, cannot claim the CG reward at Henry O'Hare's Hangar.

It's on my Transactions panel, however no option in the mission menu to hand in.

I've tried re-logging, and exiting and re-entering the system.

Anyone else?

You're saying it doesn't show for you in Community Goal list?

to clarify: if you're trying to finish it like any other mission, then it's not how it works. You need to select it in Community goals list and then claim reward there, the same as when you signed up.

Same here. No way to claim money reward from the bulletin board because the relevant CG info is GONE from the board!

Weird, usually it's the credits reward which you can claim first before the other rewards (like modules or ships).

I've heard you can claim the rewards in Odyssey, but as someone mentioned above, in Horizons, the CG is simply missing now, there's nothing to claim.

Note that my Transaction panel shows the CG complete and claimable.

Does say within the transactions tab that "Commanders are free to retrieve their rewards from Henry O'Hare Hangar" ...soooooo.....

I'm seeing a lot of chatter in game about people not being able to claim this CG's rewards. Most also seem to be Horizons players, but there was at least one Odyessy player having the same problem. It's in their transaction tab, but nothing lets them complete it, and it's just totally missing from the stations missions board.

I'm in Odyessy, and I was able to complete it. I received my cash and special decal, but that's all at the moment.

Same here, the CG tab disappeared from mission bulletin board in Horizon (transactions tab still showed it).

I logged into Odessey where it still showed, I 'completed' and cashed out.

To all from the school of doubt. Odessey is good for some things!

Looks like a UI bug that is affecting Horizons, but not Odyssey. Wouldn't be the first time either, as you can't access the Codex in Horizons either, whereas you can in Odyssey.

I was able to cash in in Odyssey yesterday no problem fwiw.

Why Frontier needs to gather player information about this, I have no idea. It's broken in one client, and it's not in the other. Should be easy enough to pinpoint the problem.
