for some reason i cant collect Farewell to Walter Waldo (Trade] is this a bug

I had no problem collecting it. You are clicking on the community goals link on the mission board right?
If it still doesnt work, you might have to wait 2 weeks for it to automatically pay out.

You need to goto the walter station, collected mine fine
