Can't collect community goal rewards for Anti-Zeno Superweapon

I participated in the community goal in the Maia and Merope systems. I delivered 700 units to each system and megaship. I understood that the rewards would be available on the 18th or after. I returned today to the megaships Mission boards which showed community goal unavailable. I know the credits are supposed to be delivered automatically after two weeks but I was interested in the weapons.

I don't see much about this on forums so I must be doing something wrong. Any help of advice is appreciated.

I didn't bother to collect any (in fact, I never do): I just landed at my home station and had the modules transferred there.
