cant complete any on foot missions.

Any mission I pick up and complete, I get "Failed to perform mission transaction." I have tried logging and it didnt work. The last time I took a brake because of the frustration, then I had a mission to complete that I didnt accept.. I know I didnt accept it because it was in a different system. when you log out and back in it does seem to have rewarded you (at least monitary and engineering/inventory rewards - no idea on influence etc

I just had this issue now with all 5 of the salvage missions I handed in. I noticed the relog cleared them, hopefully I was rewarded for them. Although at this stage I have no idea what I'll need all these goodies for that I've collected. I'm guessing I'm supposed to do some trades with the bartender to get something?

Can confirm this is still an issue. Every single mission I've tried on foot results in 'failed to performa mission transaction'. Now though - if you log out and back in, I'm not seeing and rewards, likely because I don't even get a choice of which of the rewards to take...
e.g.
balance before handing in:
