Yesterday I completed 2 takedowns and 1 exterminate mission (all odyssey missions), I was not able to do the turn in for them because my controller died, so I decided to call it a night, let the controller charge and complete them in the morning. I logged in this morning, and one of my takedown's said I had failed (I hadn't), and I am completely unable to do the exterminate mission turn in at the terminal I got it from. The terminal shows I have a completed mission to turn in, blue check mark and everything, but when I click on Completed Missions, it immediately takes me back to the main terminal screen, it does this not matter how many times I click on it. I was able to do the other takedown turn in just fine.

I am currently having the same issue. Took two missions to the same place, both are marked as completed, I was able to turn one in but the other one just doesn't do anything when I open the complete mission window. It still has 17 hours left.
Prior to turning them in, after I completed the mission the game kept crashing while trying to return to my ship. After the 5th time I just quit for the night. Come back today to hopefully finally leave the planet and I was able to get back to my station, but now one of the missions is bugged not letting me turn it in and collect my reward.
Searching for the issue, I see this same exact problem popping up 3 years ago and still has not been fixed. God damn.

The thing with the sorta defunct zombie mission that you can't turn in, that happens to me too. I never yet seem to pin down what provokes it, though.
And I end up discarding them. It would be great to understand this one, because it sucks tossing those screwed-up missions!
I have a hunch, may be wrong, like it happens when I was using mixed Apex taxi and my own ship during the sequence of accepting or running the missions somehow.
And hey about your failed takedown, in my own experience late at night, well just don't completely rule out that you shot the wrong person and thought you had bought the 24 hours but didn't! I mean, maybe that's just me, but..!
