Newcomer / Intro Cant complete mission

I have a mission "Carry consumer technology to Morey Vision" which is in the Ekonir system. I am in Morey Vision at the minute with my cargo but I cant get it unloaded. Does anyone know why? I do appear to be in the correct place.
