Can't connect to servers in Horizons - can only play Odyssyey ?!?

I have bought Odyssey but I still want to play a bit in Horizons too, to play with friends who don't have Odyssey, but game won't let me.

As title says I can't connect to Horizons Game since yesterday - but Odyssey works fine.

What's wrong?

edit: maybe got something to do with me carrying exploration data obtained in Odyssey? Can't think of any other good reason...

Still an issue. I am just to lazy to contact support about this. Also got nothing to do with exploration data.

If you are on Windows it could be as simple as the Firewall not allowing a connection to Horizon. After playing Odyssey for a few weeks I thought I would return to Horizon and found this. A quick visit to "allow an ap through the Firewall" was the solution as there are separate entries for Odyssey and Horizons. Failing that have youtried to validate your game files in the ED GUI Options?.

Validating game files got stuck in never ending "preparing..." mode, but updating NVIDIA drivers has done the trick. Now I can play horizons again!
