Can't delete scenery in scenario

I'm unable to delete pre existing scenery that part of the scenario when you start a new scenario.
Please fix this! It's BSH
you should be able to change stuff if you want to.. it's restrictive as i cannot place new rides or shops where i want them or expand my sidewalks

In PC1 some items were locked in place. To get around that you needed to open the park in the scenario editor, then you could select individual objects and unclick the lock icon, then they could be moved or removed.
