Newcomer / Intro Can't download installer

[CMDR Melbridge]

I've got a new PC so want to download the installer to the new PC.
When I go to the downloads page on my user account

When I click the download button it says:
'It seems to be a problem retrieving your data'
Any thoughts?
Or should I just report it as a bug in the issues tracker?

Solved (I think)
Found another downloads page, which has the same info but looks different - and it's allowed me to download the installer.
Logged in and downloading the game now

This was the page that didn't work:

Seems to be working ok for me, but just a query, do you need to download the base game first then Odyssey? Are any of the other download links working?

Forget that then, it may be you were looking at the wrong page, my download page looks like your second pic and not the first one.
