Can't drop Marked Military Arms

I picked up some Marked Military Arms to drop in an Undermining System. Found an Undermining System and they won't take my arms. Obviously I must be doing something wrong because there's no messages about this here and Powerplay 2.0 has been fully tested.

I have found those interfaces sometimes a little flaky about picking up what you're actually carrying - but usually for me, closing the Power Contact and re-opening it gets it across. I've not had difficulty undermining other powers with Kaine's undermining commodity, anyway.

Are you sure that you have the right commodity for undermining? Check it's description in your inventory.

Some things have a 20 or 30 ly range around the source system and you can't deliver further than that (and don't tell you). Might be one of them?

I opened and closed the contact, no changes
Restarted the game, no changes
