Ok, I've done plenty of bounty hunting and rare trading and want to explore, I've just bought a Hauler and got everything I need for exploring except a fuel tank. Are there no better fuel tanks than the stock 4t? Are there no 2B and 2A? I've been searching for a couple hours now

That's what I ended up doing
All fuel tanks are rated "C", so there are no 'better' ones.
Then it's all down to slot size
1C = 2 tons
2C = 4 tons
3C = 8 tons
4C = 16 tons
5C = 32 tons
6C = 64 tons
The Hauler has a size 2 slot for the fuel tank, so it's either a 1C or a 2C, or 2 or 4 tons. You've got the max tank size if it's the 2C 4 ton.
