Can't find a fuel scoop?

I've been searching the galaxy for hours now and haven't been able to find the basic 308 credit fuel scoop let alone any good fuel scoops. if anyone knows of any star ports that sell fuel scoops (preferably better than the basic one) it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Wealthy High Tech/Industrial stations are your best bet.
V491 Persei has them all up to 6A
