Can't find an Interstellar Factor to pay 100c bounty!

So I was doing some bounty hunting, and apparently the target button no longer deselects the current target, it simply targets the next nearest ship. So yeah, I accidentally tagged a security ship in the RES and gained a bounty for 100c, they all start lighting up my Anaconda...So I book it out of there, and make my escape, and then go to Google to find out how to pay a bounty, since they no longer turn into fines after jumping to another system. I see you can pay by finding an Interstellar Factor...

So I go and Google how to find an Interstellar Factor...Simply use the filter in the Galaxy Map...Ok, I do that, and there are NONE anywhere within any visible systems.

Eddb.io does not have a way to search for them either.

Am I seriously going to have to fly like 1000+ LY to find an "Interstellar Factor" because I accidentally shot a Security vessel with a laser that did .0001% damage to their shield?

Go to any Low Security or Anarchy system and dock at one of the stations there. The ISF will be in the Contacts section.

You can search on the gal map for Low Security and Anarchy systems.

There is a filter for services in the galaxy map. It is listed on stations in the system map. It is possible that you are outside the sphere of revealed information, you can't see if a system in Colonia has an interstellar contact if you are in Sol.

Ok, thanks for the replies guys...Still kinda sucks that I cant find one using the in game map/filters. Every time I get an accidental bounty I will have to use a 3rd party website....

Good evening,
Looking at your map it showing nothing at all except your manually marked locations.

Go through all the filters and make sure everything is highlighted ( star type, civilisation, State Etc. Etc.) then go out and back in and then filter for interstellar factors.

If you have everything turned off, for example all star types then I believe as the system that your interstellar factor is in has a star of some description it won't show.

I think this is correct and may help you. Only way is to try it.

Just use the galmap filter to filter by security level.

I've had the same problem filtering by service to find them. For whatever reason they never show up. But since they're always in lowsec systems, i just filter by that and be on my way. :)

Low security and anarchy systems can be detected with the in-game filters.

(You might miss an anarchy station in a higher-security system this way, though that's probably not a big deal)

I'm afraid but it seems you have to be hunted and destroyed by system security forces due to your criminal behaviour. We are sorry it has come to this. Have a nice day.

Ps. Low sec systems have IF's ;}

Remember, You have logout and log back in to have the UI show your update Notoriety level. (unless they fixed it 3.3)

I'll let you kow in about 30 minutes. I had a small disagreement with some Feds. They lost I got bounties, but it's fun being a cop killer :)
