As per title. Went to two systems in famine state including a high pop one, no distribution centers all. IIRC this was bugged back in the day, now again? What are your recommendations for finding a distribution center?

Out of interest, what do you want it for? 
I used to use them for wake scanning, but there's no need for that anymore as an FC in a populated system seems to spawn enough ships to scan.

If you manage to find one in an Anarchy System, the T9s are an almost infinite supply of Chemical Manipulators as well as other useful materials. Once destroyed they just respawn.Out of interest, what do you want it for?
